BUILDING AND CONSTRUCTION COURSES

National Training Services has Building and construction courses to meet the needs of both builders and construction managers. Are you involved in residential and commercial building projects? If so, then you will find these courses are of great benefit. Content includes building project management, building codes and standards, contracting, costing and estimating, tendering and preparing building contracts. Are you looking for a recognised pathway toward Victorian Building Authority Registration? If so, then you will find our courses to be of great value.

Courses are delivered by registered and experienced builders who are current and up-to-date in the Building and Construction industry and are qualified to deliver and assess in the VET sector. All  trainers hold the qualifications required by our regulator ASQA. In addition, trainers maintain and improve their teaching by undertaking professional development each year.

Two programs are on offer:

  • A dual CPC40120 Certificate IV in Building and Construction and CPC50220 Diploma of Building and Construction (Building) for people with less than 3 years of industry experience; or
  • CPC50220 Diploma of Building and Construction (Building) for people with three or more years of industry experience.
